Current Projects
Pointe Coupee Parish Detention Center Renovation
The Pointe Coupee Parish Detention Center Renovation project consists of the updating of the existing high security door lock and locking system, high security and lighting system.
Pointe Coupee Parish Courthouse
The project is updating the one hundred year old buildings interior of the public spaces and courtrooms along with replacement of the exterior storefront entrances and windows. The windows and doors have started to fail and need to be replaced.
Mid-City Resadential Development
This project consists of 5 houses in the Mid-City area in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The houses are planned to set a design standard for 3rd Coast Developers. The style of the houses will complement the rest of this historic area while still delivering the amenities and luxury their clients are looking for.
Afton Oaks Town Homes
This new construction multi-family project that has multiple 4, 5, and 6 unit buildings. These town homes have high end amenities in the interior and exterior of each unit. All the units are 3 bedrooms 2 bath units with both 2 story and single story units. We worked closely with the developer to keep the project in budget.
Golden Grove Truck Stop Renovation
This project consisted of the replacement of the exterior skin of the building to give it an updated appearance along with updating the restrooms and deli area. There was a new Porte Cochere and vestibule added to the casino.
